Upton recognises the three elements; social, economical and environmental. It also covers the urban design compendium to a certain level. The content of the development sees dominant presence of variety of different housing, some which are a lot more dense than other but there is a clear diverse in the space and style in each home or area. The site includes commercial units and social areas, there is a

mix of elements in those but overall Upton functions well as a community. The diverse style of architecture is more present on the south, over there the housing seems a lot more valuable, different type of materials and structures are used to provide diverse accommodations but all while maintaining that design code regiment.
