In our lecture we were assigned into pairs, me and pedro will be focusing on the research surround stage 4, ''Developed Design''. So far my research has given me plenty of information regarding this stage. According to RIBA, this stage takes place after the project concept design has been approved and is now ready to be developed. Works taking place within this stage are the following.

updated proposals

structural design elements

building services systems

outline specifications

cost information

project strategies in accordance with the design program

Developed design stage may include the input from specialist sub contractors or suppliers. Previously activities linked to 'Developed design' would have been outlined as detailed design.

End of this stage should outline how the project main components work together and how they fit, this doesn't mean the technical aspects should be completed, they could be developed further.
